The most important part - I’ll be the go-to person on your wedding day and ensure the day flows seamlessly from one activity to the next.
Let’s work together to plan your day with enough time to savor the small moments. Less rushing and more relaxing is the goal. If you already have a timeline, that’s great! I’ll review it and make suggestions based on my experience.
I love working closely with your vendors, so I’ll review your agreements with them, organize their contact info, and reach out to all of them 3-4 weeks before the wedding. I’ll share the timeline with them, confirm setup details, and give them my phone number so they can bug me instead of you.
Have some decor for your gift and guest book tables? I can take care of that. Need place cards set at each place setting? I’m on it. Want donuts carefully set up on your dessert station? I’ll make it happen (and only taste test a little).
Getting to know my couples well before the wedding is my favorite part of this whole thing. We’ll start working closely together about 2-3 months before your wedding, but if you book me sooner we get to be friends longer. Throughout your planning, I’m always happy to answer questions and give you recommendations.

Need help figuring out where to host your reception and/or ceremony? I love doing venue research, so I’ll arrange site visits and make sure we ask all the right questions. I’ll also help you sort through those sometimes confusing venue contracts so you can focus on the fun stuff. I guarantee we can find the best space for your preferred location, guest count, and budget.
I work with a talented team of creative professionals who have experience bringing your vision to life with your budget in mind. Bring your collection of “must haves” and inspiration, and we’ll take it from there! We’ll ensure that all of your vendors are on the same page and your decor is beautifully cohesive.
I promise to recommend the best vendors I know, and I know some good people. I’ll streamline vendor introductions, review vendor contracts, and set up appointments as needed. Most importantly, I want to help you build connections with your vendors that allow for open, honest collaboration and a sense of trust. We’ve all got your back.
Let’s sit down and map out your estimated budget for each wedding category. I’ll help you set realistic expectations for your budget, prioritize your money, and give you cost-saving tips to help your money go further.
I’m happy to assist with guest accommodations including hotel room blocks, transportation options to/from the wedding, and hospitality welcome gifts (assembly and/or drop-off). Also, if the thought of organizing and tracking down RSVPs overwhelms you, I can help manage that madness.

I totally get it! With so much information out there, it can be difficult to sort through the marital madness and get to the good stuff. No matter where you're at in the wedding planning process, sometimes you just need someone to brainstorm ideas with. Someone to give you some reassurance. My personalized consultations are designed to give you an opportunity to ask the questions, and I'll hit up the vendor websites, wedding magazines, blogs, and bride forums to find the best answers.
We’ll spend 2-3 hours diving deeper into your specific wedding planning needs. Need help envisioning your wedding day style? Let me create a moodboard that pulls together your favorite things and gives you something to share with your florist, baker, and DIY friends. Need to find a local photographer? Let me share my list of go-to people who will capture amazing moments for you. I'm here to serve you with some stress-free planning. And maybe serve a little wine while we're at it.

I promise to respect your interests and concerns. I will share my knowledge and experience with you, but I also recognize that this is your day, and more importantly, a reflection of you as a couple. I will not overshare opinions that are not requested. My goal is to help you design your ideal day, regardless of outside opinions or pressures to follow tradition. Let’s throw that rule book out the window.
